To be able to register as a student or postgraduate trainee, individuals must present proof of full-time enrollment at a recognized university or college or an according program (i.e. student ID, confirmation of head of department, etc.) by e-mail to mrkhmeeting2014@gmail.com not later than on June, 27th.

Accompanying person (if staying in double room with the participant) 600 PLN

Discount codes:

Trainees (interns, residents, fellows, PhD students) and Young Scientists (under the age of 30) are entitled for 100 PLN discount – code: tys

Presenting Authors are entitled for 150 PLN discount – code: pa

Presenting Authors who are Trainees or Young Scientists (as defined above) are entitled to 250 PLN discount – code: youngpa

Sharing on Facebook or Twitter during the registration will give you an aditional 5 % off.

No registration possible after  June, 27th!

All social events can be booked separately.

Additional hotel nights can be booked on request.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations received before June, 1st will be accepted and full fee less 300 PLN administrative fee will be returned.

All cancellations made on or after June, 1st are non-refundable.
